[Notice] Registration Period for students who have completed all required courses, Fall 2015
Notice of Registration Period for students who have completed all required courses , Fall 2015 [Registration for Students who have completed all required courses, but not thesis]
1. Target of Research Registration - Among students having completed all required courses, those who need to complete their thesis, expect to graduate, receive a scholarship, or live in the dormitory this Fall semester, 2015. - From newly-entering students in 2014, all students finished with required courses but not thesis need to pay the research registration fee from the date of completing required courses to the date of graduation. - The research registration fee is not a subject for scholarship. It means that students who pay the research registration fee will not receive any scholarship from school.
2. Target of paying school register maintenance registration fees - Among students finished with required courses, those who are not covered in item #1 (target of research registration). (New students entering from 2008 to 2013) - The person who does not apply for research registration can print out the school register maintenance bill during the application period of Research Registration. ※ New students entering from 2008 to 2013 need to pay school register maintenance registration fee or Research Registration fee.
3. Period of Applying for Research Registration - Application for Research Registration period: Jul. 20th(Mon) ~ Aug.5th(Wed), 2015 - The person who does not apply for research registration can print out the school register maintenance bill during the period of Research Registration stated above. - We, graduate school, will re-notice the additional schedule for application on August 5th(Wed) for the students who missed the application for research registration.
4. How to apply for Research Registration - Aims2 portal - Log In –My portal –Academic Information – Registration - Application for research registration ※ If your validity for submitting thesis has expired, you should submit a recovery request of thesis submission qualification. In that case, you can't apply for research registration and can't print out the bill. So please send email to grad@ajou.ac.kr ※ Please send us the email mentioned below when you’re having a trouble with the online application according to the system error, especially those who are scheduled to complete the courses from Aug.14th. (Email Address : grad@ajou.ac.kr / Subject : Application for Research Registration for Fall, 2015 with your name and student ID number) |

a. aims2 Portal– Log In - My portal – Academic information(Graduate school) –Registration – Print out the tuition bill - choose ‘Tuition bill’ – Printing
b. Homepage of Ajou University - Certificate (bottom of the page) – Print out the tuition bill - Graduate school - Input the personal information – Choose regular semester - Confirmation- Choose Tuition bill – Printing
2) Period for printing out tuition bills : From Aug.5th(Wed), 2015
3) Payment : Aug. 24th(Mon) ~ Aug. 28th(Fri), 2015

- All Branches of Standard Chartered or Woori Banks, through Internet Banking or Remittance to virtual payment account, only during the Bank working hours.
※ If you want to pay the fee using Internet Baking, you need to join the Internet banking system of these banks (Standard Chartered or Woori Bank). You can pay it only during the Bank working hours(Standard Chartered Bank-09:30~16:30, Other Banks-09:00~16:00)
※ If you want to pay the fee using Virtual Payment Account of Standard Chartered or Woori banks, you can pay it to the account printed on the tuition bill only during the working time.
